Continued to inform client about service time. One desk associate offered to replace a battery in the key fob. When vehicle was ready, desk associates informed another associate that a valet was needed. Service on 5-5-26 was excellent. Client was recovering from a recent hip replacement surgery and felt to have been given better treatment at Kia Dealership than Powers Health Mercy Hospital. Keep up the good service. “ Went in to have a bulb changed in rear taillight. I was told it would be taken care of in an hour and a half. Three hours later I had to pay for a part that they ordered and claimed could not be returned even though it wouldn’t arrive for a week. They lost the keys to my car. Insisted that I pay the $370 for the part before I could get my keys. Taillight still not working. I will never go back there. I was NOT informed that this was a non returnable electronic part before it was ordered. I was only informed of this after the fact. It did take about 30 minutes for the keys to my car to be located. ”

“ Not the greatest experience. Brought the car in to get the oil pressure sensor fixed. After receiving it back it smelled like gas when you would come to a stop so brought it back in multiple times to get it looked at. Finally they found the issue and fixed it then three months later it got worse. Brought it back again and they fixed it for the second time. Now yesterday it started to smell again. Whatever they are doing is not working! Maybe it’s time to cut my losses and find a better mechanic cause this place isn’t working out. What a waste of money!! To your response below I’ve tried talking to the general manager and the service manager but neither of them will call me back. So your comment probably won’t help me. ”
