 What's New for the 2025 Kia K5 GT-Line?

The Kia K5 is a midsize sedan that stands apart from other models in its segment with its dramatic, athletic façade. The four trim levels are unchanged, and they include the entry-level LXS followed by the GT-Line, the GT, and the EX. While the LXS trim level is impressively equipped, the GT-Line adds the option of all-wheel drive and numerous other standard features.

What can you expect from the 2025 Kia K5 GT-Line? Most 2025 K5 trim levels, including the GT-Line, have a four-cylinder, 2.5-liter gas engine. This 191-horsepower unit comes with an eight-speed auto transmission.

In 2025, the Kia K5 will benefit from a bold update to its interior and exterior style. The exterior is impressively styled with scooped contour lines running down the swooping hood. The nose has a narrow, bow-tie-like grille that integrates fully with slender LED headlights. These headlights are topped by an amber LED bar and are flagged by a tall, zagging LED bar. The black, rounded bumper has horizontal accents and triangular, body-colored supports. The K5 GT-Line introduces sporty front and rear bumpers as well as 18-inch wheels.

Inside, the K5's dashboard takes on a clean, modern look with streaming, horizontal accents that create a layered design. In addition to the new look, all Kia K5 trim levels now have a 12.3-inch touch display screen. The GT-Line comes with all of the features available in the LXS trim and adds highway driving assist, an integrated navigation system, a heated steering wheel, cloth and synthetic leather upholstery, heated front seats, sound-reducing glass, a panoramic sunroof, and a 12-speaker Bose audio system. The LXS's features are a push-button ignition, intersection collision mitigation, wireless smartphone app integrations, remote engine start, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping, a blind-spot warning system, a dual-zone auto climate control system, forward collision avoidance, and more.
