2024 Kia Telluride Review

 What's New for the 2024 Kia Telluride?

In 2023, the Kia Telluride benefited from a significant transformation and the addition of several exciting features. With such notable recent updates, the 2024 Kia Telluride is almost unchanged. This midsize crossover SUV only adds amber-colored daytime running lights across all trims. The X-Line and X-Line Pro trims also benefit from a minor change. The dark metallic trim on the 2023 version is now glossy black.

The three-row Telluride is a head-turner with a combination of a boxy profile, commanding dimensions, and contemporary style. Its individuality is largely established on the front end with a contemporary spin on Kia's classic bowtie grille. This chrome-outlined grille pairs with a rectangular, chrome-outlined bumper. To the sides of the grille, the rectangular headlights stand vertically and feature two columns of LED light. Exterior Features for select trims include keyless entry, 18-inch wheels or larger, roof rails, a sunroof, power-folding outside mirrors, smart open with a hands-free liftgate, a tow hitch, and all-season tires.

All five trim levels come with a 3.8-liter V6 engine. This engine produces 291 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. The maximum towing capacity is 5,000 pounds. All trims except for the SX Prestige have front-wheel or optional all-wheel drive. All-wheel drive is standard for the EX Prestige.

The entry-level Kia Telluride is well-appointed across all trims. If you opt for the base LX, your Telluride will come with a 12.3-inch touch display screen, a six-speaker sound system, a push-button ignition, synthetic leather upholstery, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, forward collision mitigation, and several other features. Other trim levels build on these features with a wireless phone charger, captain's chairs in the second row, heated seats in the first two rows, leather upholstery, an auto-dimming rear mirror, a Harmon Kardon sound system, a surround-view camera system, highway driving assistance, a 12.3-inch driver's digital instrument panel and more.
